The substrate must be free from any form of grease, rust and mill scale.
We recommend a repair on top of earlier treated surfaces with a slight grinding.
Adhesion and any attack at the painted surface should always be tested before applying a final coat to the surface.
The surface that is going to be painted must always be dry. When coating and curing the temperature of the air, paint and surface must be above 15 degrees and the relative air humidity below 70%.

The main time for drying on this product is 30 minutes.
The drying times for this product are all abed on a film thickness of 30 um dry film and a relative air humidity of max. 60 % and air circulation.

The equipment after using this product, must be cleaned with water.
Can be supplied in a gloss level of maximum 60% measured at an angle of 60 degrees.
Can be supplied in any colour with reference to RAL, NCS, BS 4800
Adhesion to the substrate should be tested before the production as different varieties may occur depending on the type of substrate /plastic.

Store in a tightly closed container.
The product always must be stored frost free.
